When I turn on the TV, the white has flickering patches of teal and black has flicker patches of red. In fact, almost 3/4 of the white is covered in teal and the black has about 1/3-1/2. I am using a 37-inch Emprex 720p TV, and it is about 2-3 years old. I have had this problem since about last year and it is getting extremely annoying.
OH I also remember that when you try to play the XBOX360 on HD, the entire screen is completly red with very tiny distinguishable parts. Please help!

It seems as though you are using the component video inputs. If you are then more than likely you have bad connections between your peripherals(dvd, xbox, etc.) and your TV. Just make sure that all the connections are tight/pushed on to the terminals all the way and that you don't have bad cables.
