1) live wires touchign the chassis
2) ground defective from the pole bar in ground
3) some wires is not having the cover and touching the chassis
4)call some electrician for isolated the shocks, is dangerous
5) Discharge EM,when you get some electrical charge walking in mat

If you hear the pump running and not draining, then take the toe panel off. Should be 3 1/4" screws on bottom. Remove the "coin catch". It looks like a BIG screw and it's white. Turn counterclockwise. There may be a sock, change ect...clogging it up. Dump it out and run machine. Have towel or bucket ready when removing coin catch.
