The water will run into washer, but will not stay in washer, but not leaking out anywhere

if you can hear it running even with door open its probably in a fault mode as this the only circumstance in which it will run with the door open, what you are hearing is the drain pump and its doing that because there is a leak in the base of the machine setting off its flood switch, if you pull the dishwasher out and lean it back you will see water run out the bottom, then you need to find where its leaking from

First to find the leak , most likely a rubber hose or water pump.

You need to determine where the water is leaking from, it could be the door seal, the drain pump, the soap powder chamber, the rear main seal, drain hose almost anywhere. if you can figure out roughly where it's coming from we may be able to offer advice.

If it is not leaking water anywhere and the nozzle is OK then go HERE
Turn it off and shut the water of. Go to pate 2.1 of the manual
Carefully remove part #2. Pull out part # 1 and make sure the O-rings are in good shape ad are lubricated with a good waterproof grease. Re-assemble and try it.

I know it needs a new pump, but I can't find the model number of the unit anywhere.

Stay on the Dealership and make them fix it. Persistance is key.
I had teh dealership service manager run a garden hose across my roof for 15 minutes before I would accept it back.
Don't let them use teh pressure washer hose, it bounces teh water off the top. You want a full soak situation like a real thunderstorm.
If they can't fix it, go to the next town and have them work on it. Performance does vary.

If there is no water on the floor, it would have to be that the water entering the washer is going through the drain tube because it is too low, or for some odd reason the drain pump could actually be running, pumping out the water as its entering the washer. If there is water on the floor, there could be a leak anywhere along the drain tubing, the drain pump itself, or even the drum/basket seal.

make sure to look really close all it takes is alittle whole in that seal anywhere to cause a leak try to look close while it is running but first dry everything you can and then run it. also make sure your door glass is clean if it is leaking down the front just alittle dirt or hair can cause a leak aswell

Open the back of the washer. Start the fill cycle and observe where the water is leaking from. You are not going to get a full view of the entire tub by only opening the lower front access.

the leak could be coming from anywhere in the washer it just leaks out from the lowest point of the washer i would suggest placing a putty knife under the top on the right and left side and pushing the tabs in to pop off the front panel to see where the leak is coming from
