My photos will not display

I tried to put my own photos on and it wont show it says unsupported media format

How did you put the photos on the Sansa? You should be able to delete them the same way.

You need to use the Sansa Media Converter supplied with the Sansa to convert photos (and videos) to a format the Sansa can handle.

Unsupported media format
If you select the load photo option it may give you a list of file formats, the same with the "save" option.
These will be correct file formats. Look around for any photo's that came with it too.
