My photos will not display

I tried to put my own photos on and it wont show it says unsupported media format

The Sansa Media Converter (SMC) software is required to convert and transfer videos as appropriate to your Sansa or your microSD card.

How did you put the photos on the Sansa? You should be able to delete them the same way.

You need to use the Sansa Media Converter supplied with the Sansa to convert photos (and videos) to a format the Sansa can handle.

I have unsupported media format for my pictures on my mp3. my mp3 wont support the pictures that i transfer into it.

Certain photographs will not come on all I get is a message saying Unsupported Media Format. How do I retrieve my photo's?


sometimes the format or size of the picture is incompatible for the mp3.
if you have not got a copy of those photos i suggest you dont delete them and put them on ur computer via usb.
