Yesterday, i made the las update then i started an online match and then the console turn off, no red light, no yellow light, then i disconnected from the ac power and leave it, and then today i connected and they wont turn on anymore. no sound of nothing no lights nothing....PLEASE HELP MEE!!!!

this is all i could find on the internet on what it might be.
Power supply is probably fried, but just try holding your finger down on the eject button and then flip the power switch back to on postion, it might help because this holding sequence re-boots the system and fixes some things.

Your ps3 has overheated. This is the equivilent to the red ring of death for xbox 360. The ps3 problem is called "yellow light of death" this means your ps3 has died due to the console being overheated. The solution to this problem is either getting a new playstation or take it to a shop in the UK and they could help you fix it for a price around £30-£50 GBP.

If you turn your ps3 off in the back, then hold down the eject button while you turn it back on it should come out, your welcome. j/k but it did work on mine.

This is a problem with your fan inside your ps3. it has malfunctioned. Unfortunately it cannot be repaired. it will need to be replaced. if you have warranty contact your insurance company. If you do not have warranty. Call up sony discuss it with them.

Hello there Rick If you have the red
blinking light then you have the RED light of death AKA the RLOD. The light is a warning
sign to let you know something is wrong. I can give you the quick
explanation, There are 2 chips on the motherboard inside the PS3, the
GPU (graphics) and the CPU (brain), when playing the ps3 the solder
heats up and when you finish playing it cools down, over time this
will cause the soldering to crack and the chips to lose connection
with the motherboard and you get the RLOD. WHERE TO GO FROM

the whole process is 4-6 weeks You can call Sony and
