Stopped draining, cleaned filter & pump Assy..Still nothing, checked the power to the pump and there is no power to the pump. Where do I turn my attention now? Thank you
Take the front top panel off, usually held on by a few screws, be careful not to pull to far away from machine. Check to make sure all wires are okay(not fried) and that all screws and clips are tightly connected. Sometimes the agitation can loosen the connections inside the control panel, especially if your machine is not balanced properly
SOURCE: It dispalyed the 5E message. We cleaned out the
5E - WATER DRAIN ERROR
5E is displayed if the water level frequency detected is 25 KHz or less in the initial phase of the UNB -detecting cycle. The Water Drain error can be cleared by turning POWER SW OFF and back ON.
Thanks!
SOURCE: Samsung WF448AAP chimed and read to check filter.
I would believe that the water pump has given out. If it is going thru the spin cycle after you drain the tub of water it is almost certainly the pump.
SOURCE: My Samsung WF218ANW/XAA front load washer will not
lefever352, I am currently trying to solve this same issue on the identical model. I removed , cleaned, and re-assembled all the water tubes and the entire pump assembly. The pump works but for some reason it is not priming into the drain tube. The pump assembly appears to have a diaphram over the outlet opening and it it looks like this might be the problem. I am still hunting the solution, BUT so far the above actions have to resolve our issue. I hope perhaps Fixya can help.
SOURCE: Samsung B1045AV cannot drain
if i do the washing, and it nears the rinsing cycle, it stops and error 5e appears... can I replace the pump myself...
SOURCE: Washer will not drain, checked
remove the hose from the pump before trying. on some models there is a one way valve on the pump which will not allow air or water to be blown back into washer. This check valve may be plugged.
Hi
Dishwasher not draining issue usually occurs due
to kinked drain pipe, clogged drain filter or drain pump. First make sure that
the drain is not clogged and remove clogs if present. If no visible lint is
present then remove the lower front access panel to check the drain filter and
drain pump for any clogs, you'll need to clean the drain filter and drain pump
completely. Also, check for any food pieces stuck near the pump impeller &
clean the chopper assembly. Please note that dishwashers don't drain out the
complete water such that heating element doesn't overheat. Hope this helps...
Please post back for any further assistance.

Hello &
Welcome to FixYa
F02 is a drain error in your Kenmore washer, if
the unit is unable to drain then after 4 minutes it will display sud and then
F02. The first thing that should be done is cleaning the drain hose and the
drain pump filter, you can take out three torx screws from the bottom front
panel and then clean the area completely, lift up the cap to clean the filter.
If the error returns then check the drain pump if it is not working then
replacing the pump is recommended repair. Please get back to me if you have any
other questions.
