SOURCE: reservoir will not empty completely
I had the same problem I used straight vinegar. I just poured it into the coffee maker and let it run through the cycle after it was done then I poured plain water and ran it through it That seemed to help my problem. I hope this helps
SOURCE: FME4 won't brew; thinks there's no water
I believe that the description you made of the horizontal dashed lines indicates that the unit needs a descaling. If it also says "CALC" on the LCD display, then that probably means that calcium build-up needs to be removed. I am looking for my instruction manual because my machine is currently doing the same thing and in the past I've followed the instructions to descale it using a solution of water and vinegar. The weak acid from the vinegar removes the calcium deposits in the machine. Use distilled water and you won't have to descale it!
SOURCE: When I pour water into (empty) pot to fill. Bunn coffee maker
If you pour water into the machine, and water comes out, then the reservoir is full of water. There is no way the water can bypass the reservoir and go directly into the pot.

Check for any blocks in the route of water from the reservoir. And do not try to run the machine several times before the problem is rectified. It may cause further damage.
SOURCE: reservoir tank is full. green
There is a water level sensor at the bottom of the tank, probably is stuck. Examine it very carefully.
