Where is the synch button on the receiver of this product

If you are trying to get your YouTube account synched with your TV you need to sign in to your YouTube account on a computer and put the code in to YouTube. I always use my laptop to do this.

Try unplugging it and replug it if is USB, if wireless you might need new battery or need to re-synch with receiver (there a button on bottom of mouth & receiver, press both to synch them).

You may need to resynch the keyboard with the receiver. I'm not 100% sure of the procedure for the Kensington PilotBoard - but normally all you need to do is hold down the Connect or Synch button on the receiver (in this case the USB Dongle) until the light begins to flash. Once it's flashing, press and hold the Connect or Synch button on the Keyboard (usually its on the back) until the light on the receiver stops flashing.

You should be able to reestablish connection by pushing and briefly holding the connect button on the receiver until the light begins to flash. Once it's flashing you can push and briefly hold the connect button on the bottom of the mouse. Once they are synched the light on the receiver should turn solid.

Replace batteries in keyboard and re-sync the devices

To synchronize your wireless device with its receiver:

1. Move the device within three (3) feet of the receiver.
2. Press the button on the receiver.
   If the receiver has an LED, the light blinks.
3. Within ten (10) seconds, press the button on the underside of your wireless device.
   If the receiver has an LED, the light glows solidly when synchronization is successful.

Early production units of some wireless devices may require repeating the above instructions two or three times.

Timing, distance, and objects impeding the wireless signal may influence your success. While usually unnecessary, some customers have reported better results by:

• Holding the wireless device very close, within three (3) inches of the receiver.
• Entirely ignoring the receiver's light.
• Simultaneously holding the buttons on both the receiver and the device for from ten (10) to twenty (20) seconds.

At the receiver u will have a small button and at mouse back side u will have small connector button. After attaching receiver to the into the laptop port just click both receiver and connector button same time. This shud make it work.

I had the same problem following recent daylight savings time (DST) change. The watch has three DST mode settings (ON, OFF, and AUTO). You get to the setting mode by pressing and holding the "adjust' button until the city time zone indicator starts to flash. Then press the "mode" button. This should give you the DST setting. Now press the "receive" button to cycle through the ON, OFF, and AUTO modes for DST. I set it for AUTO. I then existed the setting mode by pressing "adjust" again.

Now you can initiate a manual update of the time by pressing and holding the receive button. Put your watch by a window and make sure the signal strength indication is showing level 4 (full picture of satellite dish on my version). Give it a few minutes to down load new time.

After doing this the watch corrected itself and now shows correct time. Other wise I assume you could set the DST function to ON or OFF as well depending on whether you need to add or subtract the hour from the time.

My 3000 has a green light but it only flashes to indicate the sync period during which time you should press the button on the back of the presenter. The presenter works well and to date I have had no problems.
