Kensington 64213 Expert Pro Mouse poor tracking
I found the cause and solution. Dust and debris settle in the up and down roller more so than the side to side roller because of the angle and gravity.
You need to take apart the plastic housing and then dismantle the circuit board to get in and remove dust/debris from the up and down roller area. You will need a magnifying glass and small flash light to really inspect the area. I took a sewing needle and carefully removed all the debris on both sides of this roller. I then blew the area clean with my mouth. You should actually use a compressed air spray from an electronics store. After removing all the debris and air spraying it clean then assemble back to normal the circuit board and housing. Bingo! This solved the problem which is not an electronic problem but a mechanical one.

I have lost my pin for my kensington bluetooth keyboard. How do I start again
Power on keyboard with 5 seconds button on. Keyboard will start with LED slow two flash mode.
Go to Device menu and "Add a device". Select Keyboard.
On the UI keyboard, input "0000" (no enter), and touch "add".
Then on the physical keyboard, input "0000" + Enter.
It should make start connecting.
The UI changes into connecting view. But it already connected.
You can test with pushing "Windows Key" on the physical keyboard.
After connected, both LED on keyboard was automatically turned off. It is still working normally.

mouse is not switching ON,
First make sure the batteries are fresh. I always suggest fresh new Duracell. Then make sure they are in the right way around. It usually shows a diagram and in 80% of case this is the problem, in the other 15% it is not pairing the mouse and receiver by pressing the button on the base of the mouse. In the final 5% if my maths is right, your mouse is deceased and you need a new one :>)
