West Bend's parts page for this crockpot is here. They say the liner's not in stock right now, but maybe that means you'll eventually be able to get one. They also have a contact link so you can try getting more information from them.
I will give you mine if you want to pay for shipping. I have to order a new crock because mine cracked. Since they redesigned the crock, I have to buy the new lid that goes with it. Let me know if you want it and we can work out the details.
