The thermostat may temporarily lose calibration due to temperature changes resulting in an E01 error message on the display. Repeat the following steps to reset the unit.
1. Unplug the unit from the wall socket for approximately 10 seconds.

2. Plug the unit back into the wall socket.

3. Press the POWER button once. Within one second, press the COOK button once. The unit should now be rese

Need a replacement lid for the west bend 5276 slow cooker

West Bend is no longer offering a lid replacement on this model. Your best bet is to look at http://ebay.com. Be sure to enter less specific description since your lid may not be listed there by model number but simply as oval, etc. There are several West Bend Slow cooker lids listed now, but you will need to look at the pictures to see if any are the lid you need.You might find it at a second hand store as well.

I need a rack for the West Bend egg cooker that the eggs sit in while they are being hard boiled. Mine split in half. Is it possible to buy just this replacement item?
