    I am trying to find a replacement crock for a Kitchenaid 7 quart slow cooker. It slipped out of my hands while washing it and broke into several pieces.

West Bend parts for this model are here. Unfortunately, the parts you need are out of stock. At least there's a source and you can check back from time to time. Try the contact information, too. Maybe someone there can give you an idea of when the parts will be in. Good luck!

Is there any other crock liner that will fit this westbend crockpot #84356. it is a shame to think that i will have to trash this if i cant find a replacement liner
West Bend's parts page for this crockpot is here. They say the liner's not in stock right now, but maybe that means you'll eventually be able to get one. They also have a contact link so you can try getting more information from them.

Need a replacement glass lid for a west bend slow cooker model 84356. Not available on the WEst Bend appliance website. Any ideas?
I will give you mine if you want to pay for shipping. I have to order a new crock because mine cracked. Since they redesigned the crock, I have to buy the new lid that goes with it. Let me know if you want it and we can work out the details.

The crock insert of the KSC700 keeps cracking. The second insert I received cracked in the first 2 minutes of its use. I love the cooker but I don't want it if the crockery cracks every time.
I would suggest calling Kitchenaid Customer Service. This may be an indication that the heating element is simply getting too hot, causing the ceramic insert to fracture.

I would suggest calling Kitchenaid Customer Service. They may replace the entire appliance for you under the 1 Year manufacturer's warranty.
