Brother DCP 110C error unable to print

Hi

I have the printer named above and I am having a really big problem, it keeps saying unable to print, I have checked that there is nothing stuck ie paper etc and there is nothing, I tried to turn it off and unplug so that it resets its self, but the error keeps coming up. Please can someone help me as I use this printer for work and I need to print out reports for clients.

I am a little upset to see that no one out there can help with this problem, perhaps if I were to pay the premium then I would get assistance, even though it does say that it is free to post a problem and usually there is a response within 24hrs, I posted my problem on the 5 Sept and as of yet not one person can help!

It is true then that nothing is for free!!

Hey, its the in-built annual maintenance by "Brother", get it to the service centre, if the warranty is valid. I've faced the same problem sometime last year, I'm facing it now. Which my warranty has already expired.

Print with my black cartridge ONLY

The only way is to set Grayscale Printing in the Printer Properties for DCP 110C.

I myself prints black only using this printer. Doing the above setting will minimize ( not prevent ) the usage of colour inks.

But take note that the colour ink will deplete itself matter of time.

Brother DCP 110C has an error on the LCD screen it says unable to print...

try reloading the software and check that the usb lead is connected inside the printer and to your computer.
