You should be having one of about 4 problems. 1) A wire could have burned into two parts inside the oven in the area of the connector. ( or somewhere else ) 2) The heating element could have burned out. 3) Where the heating element is connected to the feed wire could have failed. 4) The control unit that tells it what to do has failed. The first 3 you can see when you take it apart. The last one could require an electrical tester. God bless your efforts.

The F15 error does indicate that you have a problem with the electronic oven control board in the console. That F15 could be caused by pressing the buttons and holding them down in the Sabbath mode. If the control was in Sabbath mode and does not show the F15 code after disabling that feature then the oven should work normally. If the oven is not in the Sabbath mode or you do see that F15 code after disabling the Sabbath feature then you will probably need to replaced that electronic oven control board. I recommend that you have a service technician complete that type of repair in your oven
