Computer cant detect plugged in mp3player

my samsung u6 mp3 is not detected in my pc

if u have a installer CD with the device then
please install the driver then plug your device
in the connectivity cable.thanks

if ur's computer didn'lt support mp3 player
right click on my computer click on hardware look usb if disable u have enable this .......

You format it.......
it means everything is erased.

so tell me what the real problem is isn't your computer not detecting the mp3player

when i connect it to computer ; computer detect it as STMP3500 ; i download STMP3500 Driver from internet and then install it to Computer but already Computer Don't detect my mp3player;
then i run MuVoS200_PCFW_A5_1_02_02.exe but at this time computer detect my mp3player as MuVo S200 Then i upgread my Firm ware.
Now it work very good.

I don't know what to tell you, but since nobody else is helping. Make sure that you've got the mp3 player plugged into a usb port.

Oh, and hopefully you're running XP or Vista. Sandisk requires it.

You see, thats the kinda the same way for me. it like works only on win. xp. maybe the usb thing is dirty. try blowing in it. im sorry if this isnt that helpful. try takin it apart to. its hard but easy at the same time. AaronJ.
