Try this and see if it works if not then we dig further - Instructions 1 Purchase the proper steering column kit from your local dealer or retail automobile repair outlet. Make sure you have the correct column for your make and model. 2 Disable the airbag in the steering wheel following manufacturer instructions, if an airbag is present. Straighten the front wheels and lock the steering column into position. Remove the airbag module. Pull the steering wheel straight back to remove from the shaft. 4 Take off the steering column upper and lower covers. Disconnect all electrical connections in the column. Remove the turn signal and windshield wiper switches. 5 Disconnect the gearshift linkage for a column-mounted lever or the interlock cable for a floor-mounted shift lever. Remove the steering lock and spacer sleeve, upper and lower clamp bolts and upper column-retaining bolts. Take out the upper steering shaft and tube as one assembled unit. 6 Disassemble the lower steering column shaft by removing the clamp bolt and the retaining bolts for the dust boot. Pull out the lower steering column. Read more :http://www.ehow.com/how_2108012_replace-...

Turn signal not working

TAIL LIGHT NOT WORKING

It can be faulty tail light bulb or its issue with tail light control switch or its wiring's are short.

Check the voltage at fuse slot of tail light.Do you receive 12 volt there. If not, then it says tail light switch is not receiving power supply.

2008 camry dashboard lights don't work when headlights are on

I know sounds simple but look to the left of the steering column for a rotary swith that goes up and down. This is the dimmer switch that can completely turn down or off what lights are on your display. Forgive me if this is not the case.

The tail lights do not work. The headlights, blinkers, and brake lights work. I checked the fuses and they are all good.

It can be faulty tail light bulb or its issue with tail light control switch or its wiring's are short.
