Speedometer & tachometer barely moving on my 1992 toyota camry 4cyl

you will need to go to autozone have them read the problem free

If it used the mechanical speed cable. Check the speedometer cable attachment at the speedometer in the instrument panel. Check the speedometer cable and speedometer sending unit assembly on the transmission.

May be vehicle speed sensor. Any codes?

if it worked for a short time then check the wiring around the sensor you would have moved them around changing the sensor

The most common thing I have found is loose or bad connections at the plug on the instrument panel. Usually all it takes is to unplug it and plug it back in.

The blower fan is powered by a 30 amp circuit breaker.Its in the box at the pass kick panel. Is it getting power through it? The blower relay is powered through the GAUGE fuse 7.5 amp. Check ALL the fuses. There is a 30 amp fuse that powers the ign switch also. If you get the blower working I think everything else will work.
