How do I descale a Thermos?
For excessive staining use of household stain or scale remover is recommended. To remove difficult stains fill your flask with hot water, add one teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda and secure cap. Soaking overnight produces excellent results. Always rinse before re-use.

Zassenhaus knee coffee mill grinds too coarsely
I have a Zass and sometimes have a problem with it self adjusting, but when I do need to adjust it, I find that I have give it a good tap on the top to make sure it adjusts. So, just turn the knob counter clockwise as far as it will go, then give it a good knock on the top and bottom and try again. My mill offers the full grinding range, from a fine powder to large chunks.
My cofee maker!!!!!
May, The only Zassenhaus products I know of are burr grinders, not coffee makers. About any kind of coffee maker...are you speaking about the appliance attachment cord? If you have the brand, or can carry the unit in, the cord can be matched at the local hardware store. If you don't have such access, get the name/model number and call www.smallappliance.com.
Hope this helps.
Schaerer SCP is not rinsing correctly
Check the Operating Temperature:
Ensure that the machine has reached the correct operating temperature. If it hasn't, the indicator light will be on. Wait until the machine is fully heated before proceeding.
Check for Ongoing Programs:
If a rinse or cleaning program is currently in progress, the cleaning button may be flashing. Wait for any ongoing programs to complete before trying to brew coffee.
Inspect the Brewing Unit:
Make sure the brewing unit is properly seated and not obstructed. The brew group should be in the correct position.
If the brew group overflows, it could be due to a blockage or misalignment. Remove the brew group, clean it thoroughly, and reinsert it properly.
Inspect the Coffee Spout and Drainage Area:
Check the coffee spout for any clogs or blockages. Clean it if necessary.
Examine the drainage area at the bottom of the machine. If water is running away onto the floor, there may be a leak. Inspect the drip tray and other components for leaks or damage.
Refer to the Operating Manual:
Consult the operating instructions manual for your Schaerer Coffee Club machine. If the above do not resolve your issues, you may have to contact Schaerer Services.
De'Longhi PrimaDonna Soul Coffee Maker not making milk foam.
The milk delivery tube is very narrow bore and in my experience you will find the tube is blocked with congealed milk solids even if you clean then regularly. You need an enzyme milk cleaner like Rinza and even with that you need to manually massage the tubes or remove the blockages. The service engineers just replace them.
