You need to contact a computer store and ask them for a Mini-USB to USB cable. It is best to take the Unit to the store as there are different sized USB connections.

Rio Carbon Screen is Frozen...

only thing you can do is let the battery go dead and hope that it will come on properly, you can also try pluggin it into usb, but your probably alreay tried that.

I had the same problem. I smacked the back of it (in my hand, not off any surface) to try to release the pin stuck on the hard drive. Rio Carbon currently works for me, but I will not expect too much. I have had mine for awhile now.

This is probably only a temporary solution, in the long run your hard drive will most likely get stuck again.
