Which audio files for sd cards?

see what type of sd card is in it and if it is less than 4gigs of memory that should reduce loading time for booting it up,and as far as audio files just try mp3 see if that helped

My rio keeps saying upgrader when try to turn it on how do i fix this?

try hitting power and menu at the same time see if that helps because its usually what buttons put the player into upgrader mode and see if doing so has the reverse effect

Rio cali + windows 7 usb drivers

try running in windows 7 under open instead of running as admin see if that helps

Please open your windows media player and connect your Rio Calo Sport Mp3 player in Mass Storage mode and you will get the drive in your windows media player

you can get the manual you request for on the below link and its also free. Once the kink opens, scroll down to the last part of the page and you will find "User Guide" click on it and the download should proceed.
