I have a raypak 406a that won't start, took out the pilot and cleaned, makes a clicking sound from board for 3 times then stops.

If your heater clicks then it does not have a pilot.
It is most likely an electronic ignition.

When you turn it on, have the front cabinet open and look at the igniter, you should see a spark as it clicks.

Typically this heater display will give an error code of some sort which will point you in the right direction.

Basic things to check.
Ensure good flow
Ensure gas valve is open
No loose wire connections
No mice or rat issues internally

I can't help more without having more information

Raypak pool heater shows 'sensor failure' and also 'sensor open' - what does this require/ thanks

I would check the sensor wiring on side of unit where the inlet and return manifold is - chances are little critters chewed the wires to the sensors. may need to replace the wires if they are too mangled, or can try to splice

I have a RayPak RP2100 Digital pool heater. I replaced the control board (010253F), but now I can't get the Mode to change from 'OFF'

Make sure your ribbon cable from the pad to board is connected and well seated.

I am trying to replace main board on natural gas raypak heater, should I cut tap off before I installed new board?

If you are referring to the TAB for LP vs NG then yes remove tab before install, makes it easier.

My raypak p-m602a pool heater Main board had no power, only Used it 5 times. Anyone know what it might be?

If it is new I would call Raypack. The issues to consider that could be causing your problem range very widely from as simple as "no power to unit", to a bad board.

What does CFH mean on your pool heater and how do you fix it?

CFH is call for heat and the flame is about to come up. The banging you hear is the water inside the heater overheating to a boil. What you have is a water flow problem. If you have a valve bridging the water into the heater and the water going out be sure this valve is 80-90% closed so it forces water through the heater. If not you may have a problem inside the water manifold on the side of the heater. Their is a water by pass disc inside the header if stuck open will cause the same problem. Also check your baskets and filter to be sure they are clean.

My raypak spa heater does not cut off . once it is on it heats spa to 112 and when adjusting the light does not come on and no longer makes a click like the thermostat is not shutting the unit off.

This is a thermostat or high limit switch issue - I had the same problem with my hot tub. It is a very common component to go bad. Have a serviceman look at it - but if you are savvy enough you could do it yourself. If you need further help, reach me via phone at https://www.6ya.com/expert/michael_e7c2c48c6e65f808

I have raypak 2100 heater model pr265al-en. Its leaking water. Please help on what to look for. Mom and I live alone & last 2 times I had problems they almost scammed us.Please help, can I fix myself?

If your lucky its leaking from the drain plug or pressure switch. Take the sides off the heater. If its a simple fix you will now be able to see the leak, and should be able to make the repair yourself. if not it is undoubtedly the heat exchanger. Rheem/Raypak calls it tube bundle. I suggest a repair technician for this as there is internal parts to inspect and look for proper operation. At least now you will have the knowledge beforehand when the technician comes and says its a 1000.00 repair its not a simple lucky fix he should have caught for a faction of the cost.
