This might sound silly but it's how I did it. I went to a small, local Chinese takeaway at a quiet time during the week. When ordering food I very politely asked the person serving if they could help. They sorted mine out in a couple of minutes while I was waiting for my food.
Blackweb is a Walmart brand made in China at the lowest price point. When they fail, you return them to Walmart for warranty replacement and explain you can't find the receipt. The will give you a store credit.
Or you just buy a new one.
There are some ideas here

Does it take it in and push it back out? The CD Lenses need cleaning with a CD cleaning disc.
Or
Does it not take in the disc at all? That is a fault with the tray mechanism.

Dixon is a trade name and not the manufacturer.
Service manuals are available for manufacturers equipment. Find out what make it is and then you may find one but as they are budget items, I wouldn't expect one to be available.
Try google etc.

It looks like probably like this
Can't be of a lot of help with this. Replacing a worn belt and cleaning the mechanism might help. You can take a look at this parts page. Possibly a Sears service department might help. Here is the best page related to this cassette play that I can find. https://www.searspartsdirect.com/combo/3028-1234629/lxi-audio-equipment-parts
It is not the spindles that move the tape, it is the capstan and pinch roller. Since the capstan and pinch roller move the tape where it is flat, it does not change speed when the rolls change diameter. There is a motor moving the take up side of the cassette but it runs just enough to keep tension, it does not govern how fast the tape moves.
Can you comment with the model number? It will be on the information sticker on the radio itself. It will possibly start with 'CRX-'.
Try this - Press and hold the alarm set button until the display flashes like your setting the alarm time. Click the same button again and it should swap between buzzer and radio each time you click it. It will probably show some sort of logo on the display telling you which it is set to.
