How do i remove my
Every aftermarket deck that is put in a vehicle slides into a metal sleeve into the dash.
This metal sleeve serves two purposes
1.) To secure the deck inside the dash
2.) Serves as a theft deterrent
First thing you want to do is remove the faceplate. Second there will be a bezel (plastic ring that goes around the faceplate. This will be attatched to the deck and not the faceplate. It just snaps in all you have to do is apply pressure with one of your fingers to the edge and it should just come off.
Now if you get this far you should be able to see the metal sleeve I spoke of earlier on the outside edge. The way the sleeve is designed it has perforations that act as little clips when the deck is initially installed. There are tools that are sold to apply pressure to these clips to disengage the deck. In the past I have done it simply with two butter-knives. You insert one on each side preferably in the center, this is where the clips will most likely will be. Both sides will have to be disengaged, at this point with them inserted you should just be able to pull it right out of the dash. Oh before you even get to the deck be sure to remove any dash pieces that are going to obstruct your movement. If you need anymore help then let me know
Is it possiable to hook
You can hook an ipod touch/iphone up to this provided you have an ipod video out cable and your ipod supports video out. This will allow you to connect the RCA out from ipod/iphone to RCA video in on your receiver. You will not, however, be able to browse your iOS or ipod system through your receiver. This method will only output the video to the screen of the receiver.
As for local TV, it's all a matter of where you live and if this receiver has a built in tuner. If it does, it may only have an analogue tuner which will give you 1-125 channels of fuzz since everything has gone digital now. You may get a couple of channels, but barely visible.

If you are getting sound but no picture, try unplugging your receiver from the electrical outlet for 10 seconds and plugging back in. This will cause the receiver to reboot. If you still don't have a picture but do have sound, then check your cables to make sure they are secure. I hope this helps.

your speakers are of an incorrect ohmage, or you have too many speakers hooked up to it. your stereo likely calls fo a singler 4 ohm (4?) speaker per channel and the factory speakers may be lower than 4 ohms, or you have several speakers hooked up to the same channel. there should be 4 channels, each with no less than a 4 ohm (4? ) load. two 4 ohm speakers wired to the same channel in parallel (both attached to the amp's poositive/negative leads) will create a 2 ohm (2?) load, and overheat the amp. if the 2 speakers are a woofer/tweeter combination, and there is a capacitor involved, it may be ok, but 2 woofers, or a woofer and a subwoofer hooked to the same channel will likely reduce the ohmage below 4 ohms (4?). look at the back of each woofer speaker, and look for an ohmage rating stamped to the back of the speaker magnet to verify that they are 4 ohm (4?) speakers, and verify that only a single 4 ohm speaker is hooked to each channel. the car likely has multiple speakers hooled up to each channel, which would lower the ohmage rating below 4 ohms (4?).

You will need to visit an Authorized Dealer or service center for that product to get the unlock code reset. You can find a dealer listing on their website, or call them.

Is the LED indicator illuminated steady (not flashing)? If it is, than the system is in valet mode. In order the turn off valet mode, you need to press and release the valet button once. The LED should turn off and you will be able to operate the security system.

Put in the same number 3 times (example 1111)
until it locks and then push in the mute bottom and hold it and while
you hold the mute button with your other finger push in the volume
control (power button) and hold both of them until a new screen comes up
and then put in 122164 and hit OK and that should work.
