I can't get scope to set el9vation
Just a feeling here so don't cuss me (lol)....try turning the adjust knob "the other way". Just take your screwdriver or your quarter or whatever you're using and turn the adjust screw ALL THE WAY THE OTHER WAY and see where it hits. If it's moved, proceed to adjust it. Word of warning, though....a shotgun isn't going to move the crosshairs much at all in its intended range. Shooting it at 30 yards or so, you're going to have a hard time with ANY scope. A slug at 60-100 yards, you would see an adjustment but not shot at close ranges

XHDR6435 radio was working fine
I just Spoke to tech support. This is what they said:
1. Key in the on position and the red power button lit, remove the face plate.
2. On the left bottom side press and hold the reset button, with a pen, for 10 seconds and let go. The red led on the right should flash.
3. Reinstall the face plate.
4. Push power. The unit should come back on.
Mine worked, and i was about to tear it out and return it. So try this first or even call tech support for Dual 1-866-382-5476.
