Aldo, Did you ever find an answer to your Chase Durer question. I have two watches of there's that are doing the same thing. If I leave the stem out they work fine, but that leaves them susceptible to water damage. [email protected] thanks

Unfortunately, they do not have any dealers or support desk in Australia. I would never prefer these watches to be repaired by an authorized service center. You need to contact them at :-

They would tell you how you need to ship the watch and would also provide a quote for the same.
