I have a ML121RT Low Voltage 121-Watt Power Pack with Timer hooked up with three 20 watt lights attached - going north. I want to add one more 20w llight going south. Can I attach an additional wire to the A/B terminals to add this dedicated lone light? If not, how do I add the other light?

Try it... should work
http://waterheatertimer.org/Malibu-power-pack-stopped-working.html#install
However minimum load for ML121 is 80% load rating.. so 80 watts is ok for 100 watt transformer... 60 watts is low and can cause early failure of transformer.

SOURCE: I currently have a 600 watt power pack w/timer on

20A circuit x 80% service factor =16amps continuous. 16amps x 120V = 1920 wats. Your total would be only 900 watts. I have assumed that since you have a 20A ground fault breaker that you have #12 ga copper conductors. If you had a considerable distance the 16 amps continuous would drop due to voltage drop and so the total wattage would also, but you're way below these levels.

My transformer is set on the 'Timer' funtion and my lights are going on and off every 30 seconds.... Very strange! I tried changing the setting to Auto and they do the same thing! Any suggesitons?

When power pack malfunctions, you have to buy another one

I have looked for solutions at Intermatic, at malibulights.com and the internet

Your next power pack:
Match up wattage of bulbs with wattage of power pack
15 - 20 watt bulbs = 300 watts
-Replace bulbs as soon as they burn out or other bulbs will burn out and power pack will burn out
-When working on bulbs, unplug power pack or it may burn out

While the transformer is fully loaded, six 20 watt bulbs won't overload it.

If other lights are working the power pack is OK. Usually, as in your case, if changing the bulb doesn't work, check the connection where the light ties into the main run.
