in case you can't get one from a user here,, you can get one I believe from here http://blog.jennys-sewing-studio.com/?cat=34 which includes all the updates that your machine requires,, I don't know of the cost ,, but didn't want to leave you completely stranded,,
Try this link:Ā http://www.singerco.com/accessories/instruction-manuals
Type model no. in the search field and press Search.
You'll be able to choose to pay or download for free!
Good luck!
Go to the singer website
Go to the home page
At the bottom of the page look for instruction manual--click on it
It will take you to another page
In the box put the model number (example 1934D ) & click search
They usually have a free download
Software is available from Babylock.com and the hoops are available from Amazon.com
You might want to contact a dealer on line who sells this model. Here is one I found in Austin who sells your machine for 399.00 http://www.sewaustin.com/eblasts/MoreSew-LessDough/MoreSewLessDough.pdfThe dealer might be able to help or contact one in your state via phone.
A fully loaded used model sells for abt. 700.00 so you got a good deal!
A phone call or email is better than having to travel...Shame on Babylock.com for not helping you!
Good Luck and don't give up.
Go to http://www.futura-support.com/downloads/ce150.html. There is a link on the page for an update to download and ALSO a link for very explicit instructions. They're a little complex, but if you follow them carefully, step by step, you should be fine. Just be sure to read them through FIRST.
If you need any help following them, let me know. I'll be happy to help you in any way I can.
Also, be sure that you UNINSTALL any Futura software and updates you've had on your computer BEFORE you start to reinstall anything.
Leave me any comments back if you need ANY help, including if it's something like the uninstall. I don't know how familiar or unfamiliar you are with PC's, so please don't feel you can't ask. I've helped a number of people get the updates running, and I will be only too happy to do the same for you. I know Singer's support sucks!
