I have to admit, this is the very first time I have seen heard of this compliant. So, I checked the Owner's Installation Manual for your model. Not a thing was mentioned about it. So, I going to direct you to Danby's Consumer Help line
1-800-263-2629. Perhaps now, they have some type of one way damper available for this sort of situation.
