Everstar portable air conditioner

I need a warranty for this air conditioner. I purchased this at Home Depot on 9-5-07. It was the display model. The serial number 185723939061251049, and model # mpm-08cr-bb4.

Hello- I'm looking for the user's manual for the same product. I purchased the last unit at home depot and the manual was missing. Does anyone know whrere I can download a user manual?

I have the same unit, but no manual. Cannot find it ANYWHERE and Home Depot hasn't got any idea of how to get it either. Brilliant. Anyone have any ideas?

Mine leaks thru the back now not into the drip pan. Guess what I thought I lost my owners manual. I don't think I ever got one.

Have an AC guy here working on my house units and he had tried to fix an everstar for a freind and could find no parts. Homedepot gave me a link to everstar which they must of googled because it the same one I found. They sell christmas stuff. Go Homedepot

Can anyone help me out with the Everstar AC. I have on and it works fine. However, I bought it as a AC and Dehumid. According to the directions, instead of constantly dumping the water drawer, I can hook the drain hose directly into a garden hose and this, in turn, to a small pump. Thing is, once the box fills up, the "FULL" light comes on, and the drain hose never takes over. What am I doing wrong. Any help would be appreciated.

I have the same problem. No user manual. Also having a problem adjusting the micro switch that senses the water bucket. The links here are not for the correct model. My model is MPM-08CR-BB4

I have lost my manual for my Everstar MPK-10 CR. I thought is was heat and AC. Does anyone know anything about the model I have?

Does anyone have a model specific manual?

I also purchased my unit in 2007. My problem was that the continuous line flow was not working. It was working for a while. Now it stopped. I called the 866-64-MIDEA. They recommended backwash the system with bleach. AND NOW IT DOESN'T WORK! It doesn't blow cold air at all! I tried to call them, but no one picks up. I left two messages, but no one will return my calls. A paper in the box said "If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase and must return your air conditioner to the place of purchase, please be aware that your product, must be returned with original packaging, all included accessories & purchase receit. - Of course, I can't find my receit and Home Depot has provided horrible customer service. My recommendation - JUST BUY SOMETHING DIFFERENT AT LOWES!

Hi, I would contact Home Depot first and see what they say. The owners manual should give you further instruction it they don't help. If you have lost it, Home Depot has record of your purchase. You may also be able to get an owners manual from another unit there if needed. Hope this has helped. If you dont have a manual and Home Depot wont help, let me know and Ill do some work on it. kstfas
