trnsp.gif Answer This article applies to the following operating systems:
Mac OS 10.1.5 - 10.2.6
NOTE: Later versions of OSX are not supported by QuickCam.
To use a Logitech camera on your Mac OS X computer, please consider the following models: QuickCam Orbit, QuickCam Pro 4000, QuickCam Zoom P/N 961325-0403, the Pocket Digital and the Pocket Digital 130. If you would like to use any of the other cameras mentioned, you must install QuickCam 8.0.1, included with the camera.
NOTE: QuickCam 8.0.1 should only be installed in Mac OS 10.1.5 - 10.2.6.
Mac OS 9 (OS 9.0.4 - 9.2.2)
To use a Logitech camera on your Mac OS 9 computer, please consider the following models: QuickCam Pro 3000®, QuickCam® Pro 4000 and the QuickCam® for Notebooks Pro. In order for these cameras to work, you must install QuickCam 5.0.1, which is included with the camera. It is also available HERE.
