We bought this house 4 years ago and have never used our Balboa jacuzzi ubnit in our master bedroom. we need someone to come to our home to check out the unit- (hopefully at not an exhorbitant cost) maling sure everything is O.K. & in working order and evaluate any repairs etc. that might possibly be needed.

You have voltage across the element but no heat....

Disconnect one element connection and do a resistance/continuity test. Or use a clamp to measure running current.

Hold temperature UP & DOWN together for 6 seconds.
or
Balboa 7 button controls, both buttons to the left of the display screen & down temperature.

Check your power through the heater. It sounds like your getting 110v to the element instead of 220v.

The complication here is that Jacuzzi does not make toilets anymore than Sears makes refrigerators. In Sear's case their Kenmore refrigerators are from Whirlpool with the Kenmore name.

It is my understanding that Eljer was the manufacturer of the toilets with the Jacuzzi name typically sold at box stores. With that as a starting point, surf the web for any Eljer toilet tank replacement parts and see if you can find a similiar flusher

This may be due to the size of the room. The master bedroom may be smaller than the living room? The unit is therefore reaching setpoint temperature and cycling (shutting off)? Or it could also be a faulty thermostat.

I think what you're looking at are the part numbers for the heater and control systems used in some Jacuzzi hot tubs rather than the Jacuzzi model number. I ran into the same issue and discovered through some cross-referencing on the web (jacuzzi parts suppliers) that this is the part number control unit made by Balboa. Odds are they were used in multiple Jacuzzi models.

My suggestion: Look here http://clearcreekspas.com/model_id.html to identify the control panel for your Jacuzzi and then follow the link to the correct manual. Some cover multiple models so you will need to know the electrical requirements of yours (120 V or 240 V?) and then check the layout of each tub shell to determine which model is yours.

I figured out mine is a Jacuzzi Essence Model 350 this way.
