Convergence problem - a tech may decide to change the convergence ICs

check your fuses usually underneath the steering wheel.

I think you have broken it.
1.Dont drop it in water
2.Dont drop it on hardware
3.Dont drop it anywhere
4.Dont do to much at the same time to make it freeze
If you did any of these things you have broken it

fuse block on left side of dash fuse 17 is for wiper fuse 20 a/c when they dont work test for power on these two fuses if no power look on back of fuse block feed wire may loose

dont rush. dont break the electrical connections. dont force the tubing fittings. dont smoke next to the tank.
