I replaced bulb but still no picture

the set uses two stk-392-120 convergence chips, both will need to be replaced and the set adjusted--tvrepair.com sells kits for this based on brand and model number.

Problem is in standby power supply or microprocessor area---not the do it yourself repair and likely not economical to repair due to age and brand of set.

All CRT RPTVs have overscan, and some sources bring this out more than others.

It can always be cured to at least be able to see the needed parts of the pic, but hoses your picture beyond belief, and correcting that takes time, experience, patience and expertise.

I do overscan reduction on all CRT RPTVs as part of what my calibrations offer, but charge extra to do so.
