From what you have described your Frigidaire refrigerator is too cold and freezing food. I would recommend you check the temperature to make sure it is set to a factory setting of 0 for the freezer and 37 for the fresh food side. You can also check to make sure that there is not food in the freezer blocking the damper from closing. The damper is located near the top of your refrigerator.
Place you hand in the rear of your fresh food compartment to feel if the air is too cold or the damper periodically closes. This could be the cause of your refrigerator freezing your food. If you damper is not working properly you may need to replace it. If your damper appears to be in working order your thermostat or control panel could be the issue.
