Whirlpool side by side

Freezer side works well but refrigerator side isnt very cool

    freezer works well, but the refrigerator is not properly cooling. Air flow is more when the freezer door is open. There seems to be an air flow problem from the freezor to the fridge. Repairman is searching for answers.

They had to replace a fan in mine, the repair guy said it was a common problem and that they had 3 in the shop right now :(

Compressor is running but not cooling.
Hello,
A few things to check are is thier frost build up in the freezer?
or is the compressor not to hot,if it is hot it should be working ok
oddly enough if it isnt too hot its because all the refrigerant is leaked out and it doesnt have to work hard to pump it so its kinda cool,a compressor that is pumping the refrigerant (freon) its working hard and hot
