Try turning the phone off and remove the battery. Wait about 30 seconds or so and put the battery back in and turn it on. This is one way to reset phones or devices with removable batteries.

It seems that your touch screen has been damaged. This happens by dropping the phone, pressing to ******* the screen, leaving phone in intense heat.
If an application is causing this or a system error you can try factory resetting your phone. You should back up your phone to your computer or some back up app that you can find in Google Play.

You will have to disassemble the phone, then try to dry it with a hand dryer. Do not place it too close to the phone so you will not damage any part inside the phone. Then reassemble the phone back together and the touch screen will work perfectly fine once again.

Based on the model of you phone you can try to reset it, but no guarantee, probably internal damage, if that's the case you will need to contact the manufaturer for repair options.

here are various problems the lg ks660 touch screen could encounter. Although there are times when the screen does not work altogether, there are other situations when certain portions of the screen work and others don't. Press and hold the home button as well as the reset button on the top of the lg ks660 phone to turn the lg ks660 off.

Usually when touch screen doesn't work, it's a sign of water damage. It's also possible that you dropped it at some point and ruined the sensors inside. But it's PROBABLY water damage. What you can do is bring it to your phone carrier's closest store and ask them to check if your phone suffered water damage. They'll open the phone up and look. If it is water damage, you'll probably have to pay for a new one...If you're insured, it probably won't be that expensive.

The good news is, if you bring it there and it ISN'T water damage, you probably won't have to pay anything at all for them to replace it. Hope this helps!
