Hello there,
You will have to disassemble the phone, then try to dry it with a hand dryer. Do not place it too close to the phone so you will not damage any part inside the phone. Then reassemble the phone back together and the touch screen will work perfectly fine once again.
All the best. Elect_Comp

Touchscreen won't work!!

You are going to have to get it repaired or exchanged. If you have apple care go to the nearlest retail store and they should be able to swap it out.

I dropped my model No. A1241 phone and the touch screen doesn't work but it has no cracks. how can I fix it?

not having a crack on the screen doesnt mean your touchscreen will work. you said you drop your phone, it has a great possibility that it cause an internal damage to some of the microchip inside your phone that controls the sensors of your touchscreen.need to reheat the microchip inside it. open your phone and try to check for the microchip near the flex from the board of your phone going to your screen. then reheat it, but dont move it.

The phone is suddenly behaving weirdly. sometimes the keys doesn't work sometimes sometimes the touchscreen doesn't sometimes it switches off on its own. how to repair it i don't know

hello there.. i think that's a phone problem that you yourself cannot fix. you need to go to a service center to let them check what's causing the problem.

but before you do, kindly answer the following questions i have for you:
1. did you recently download any types of application to your phone?
2. did you drop your phone?

My touchscreen doesn't work,

Usually when touch screen doesn't work, it's a sign of water damage. It's also possible that you dropped it at some point and ruined the sensors inside. But it's PROBABLY water damage. What you can do is bring it to your phone carrier's closest store and ask them to check if your phone suffered water damage. They'll open the phone up and look. If it is water damage, you'll probably have to pay for a new one...If you're insured, it probably won't be that expensive.

The good news is, if you bring it there and it ISN'T water damage, you probably won't have to pay anything at all for them to replace it. Hope this helps!
