No do not replace the shipping bolts. I assume you have a front loading washer. The tub is secured by bolts during transport. Then they have to be removed so that the washer will operate properly without damaging the machine.

The LG front loading washers use 4 bolts with retainers. If they are not removed, the machine will have severe vibration and noise. The vibration can damage the unit.
