Heres how... Its normal to have 2(two) display adapters on Acer Aspire 4750G. To enable NVIDIA GeForce, install the Intel HD Family Chipset Driver First from the installation disk that is included on its package, or click here, or if link doesnt work find it here. Then install the NVIDIA GeForce Driver, also included in installation disk, or click here. That should fix it. Enjoy the 2GB NVIDIA GeForce GT 540M.
You can see what card is using by going to "PC", then click on "system propities", go to "device administrator" and then on screen devices or adaptators it should be say your nvidia card
Thanks for the reply.. but yea I know that. My OS is Windows 7 and I'm using the dxdiag command in run to know my graphic card and it shows that I'm using the Intel HD.. any suggestion?
Thanks for your information, let me know if this fix your problem:
-Go into safe mode (F8 on boot screen)
-Uninstall the drivers for the intel HD
-Go to acer http://support.acer.com/us/en/product/de... and download the NVIDIA driver on the VGA section -i'd suggest you the v.9.xx-
- Install those drivers -in normal mode-
-Reboot
bisa bantu saya ?

Nvidia is not support for acer aspire , win 7,8 it has a lot of problem after 7 or 8 months after bought but win xp ok so Nvidia or Acer have to check this product.
