Hi, I have Ploycom QDX6000 and facing two problems. Please let me know if you can help me to fix the same 1- I can not pick the call is someon calls but i can dial out successfuly 2- Fan-end camera control is not working for my remote users Thanks Aas

it is already set in Auto Answer mode but it does not help. This is point to point connection and QDX6000 is at both end.

1) try setting unit to auto answer and it will automatically pick up incoming call

2) far end will only control a Polycom camera and it will not work through a bridged call - it must be point to point

Wharfedale DVDRHD400 Set up Issue

Hi I had the same problem. The answer is to use a scart lead on the freeview box and connect it to the input/output scart on the DVD. Then connect a scart lead from the TV out on the DVD to the TV. You then press Video source on the DVD remote until 'scart' is displayed to pick the freeview channels. Hope that helps
