Help ® Kodak EasyShare Help Please tell me how I can transfer pictures from Kodak Easy Share as I have not found an easy way to share my pictures. When I go to the email, it says, sorry try later.

    My pictures are in Kodak Easyshare, I want to insert into a powerpoint document. How can I dothis?

    I have always been able to transfer from my easy share camera and now it will not do this task..... on the camera it sayscartridge is low; does this matter?

When I download my pictures from my digital camera, I cannot find them. It seems like they go anywhere. I am not very good at computer. Help

My kodak easy share m530 does not transfer all the pictures to the computer. HOw can I transfer th left out pictures?
You can use a USB to Digital Camera cable or take out the memorycard in your kodak easy share m530 and use a external/internal card reader on your computer. If a screen doesn't pop up within 20seconds, go to My Computer > Look for a picture(drive) that hasn't been there before. Usually it would be like Drive I/J/K or something like that. It is not possible to email directly from the camera.

If you're experiencing emailing difficulties directly from the Easy Share Software:

Please do a Clean Install on the software:
Please follow the instructions:
  1. Uninstall Easy Share software:
  2. Select Start > Settings > Control Panel > Add / Remove Programs.
    For Windows XP operating systems, select Start > Control Panel > Add / Remove Programs.
  3. Select Kodak Easy Share software.
  4. Select Remove (or select Change, and then select Remove).
  5. Run the Clear utility:
  6. Visit the CLEAR Utility for Kodak Easy Share software Web page at www.kodak.com/go/clear
  7. Click the Download button, and then follow the on-screen prompts.

All of a sudden my Kodak Easyshare 530 will not transfer pictures to my computer, I have reinstalled software, still does not transfer. Can you help me?
Possible solutions:
Remember you need to turn the camera on when transferring.
Try a different USB outlet
Try a different cable
Try a different computer.
If all fails please contact KODAK in order to arrange a repair or order a new cable. Remember your USB cable is covered under the same warranty as your camera, so remember your serial number when calling:

Can't send videos/pics from kodak easy share software
The Kodak Easyshare software just index the pictures they do not store them at all
you can locate the pictures on the computer by

Click start
then look for search
type in in the search box *jpg
And it will display all the pictures that you have on your computer

To fix the problem regarding the easyshare software try uninstall it from your computer
Then download the clear utility www.kodak.com/go/clear
then download the latest version of the easyshare software www.kodak.com/go/easysharesw
