My camera wont charge
have you check the charger? or is there a power on the outlet? try to charge it from different power source
Flashing colours on screen
You have the review feature active and the flashing colors are most likely showing you the highlights and shadows that are too bright or too dark for a good photo. Look for the features in the menu to turn them off or try a factory default reset from the camera menu.
Lens stuck
I had this problem once, this usually happens when the batteries are running out. Changing or charging the batteries and switching it on and off should make the lens go back in.
Kodak digital camera error L03
L03 means that the firmware does not have the correct checksum.

Download from V1003 to photoshop
The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use any photo cataloging program.Once the pictures are on your computer's hard drive, you can open them in Photoshop as usual.
