I can't send my videos from kodak easy share to anyone and when i click on any pictures or videos kodak easy share stops working and has to close. I defragment my computer often and have enough space on my computer. Where else are these pictures and videos found?
I have kodak easy share c613.

Location of Videos and Pictures that are on Easyshare Software
For Windows
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents\My Pictures\Kodak Pictures
For Vista
C:\Users\Public\Public Pictures\Kodak Pictures
you need to perform a catalog rebuilding
close the easyshare program completely
go to:
C:\Program Files\Kodak\Kodak EasyShare software\bin
rename "catalog" folder to "old catalog"
go to:
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents
delete ESBK.mb and ESBK.mbb
restart your computer
open up easyshare
when it prompts you to add pictures
say OK
and you should be ok

Don't use the software that came with it, from my experiance it runs really slow and freezes up a lot.
Just plug your Camera into your computer(if the easyshare software starts up, shut it down), open up "My Computer" and open up your camera, then drag the pics onto your desktop or a folder.
If you can't do this because your camera won't show up in "My Computer." Then download the necessary drivers here

The Kodak Easyshare software just index the pictures they do not store them at all
you can locate the pictures on the computer by
Click start
then look for search
type in in the search box *jpg
And it will display all the pictures that you have on your computer
To fix the problem regarding the easyshare software try uninstall it from your computer
Then download the clear utility www.kodak.com/go/clear
then download the latest version of the easyshare software www.kodak.com/go/easysharesw
