Question for Fixya staff: I have a user e-mail address and a password. I don't want to relist my credit card info each time I get an answer from Fixya. You should have the info securely on file. Not sure I trust the messages I am getting. Please advise. Thank you, John

Go to Netflix online and on the upper right select "Sign In". Enter your e-mail address as the username and then enter your password.
If you don't know the password, then click on "need help?" and they will email you your password.
Once you log in, click on "Account" in the upper right and you will see all your info including credit card and you can edit the number form there.

Unpaid FIXYA users and volunteers attempt to answer questions. FIXYA does not ship or sell anything.

Check with your bank or credit card company to see who you paid for a shipment, and contact them for order status.

1. If you've added security info to your account, a one-time code to the alternate phone number or email address you gave us, is sent. When you enter that code on the next screen, you'll be able to make a new password.
2. If you don't have or can't get to your alternate phone number or email address, tap I don't have access to these. You'll go to a security questionnaire, where you'll be asked for info like the subject lines of email you recently sent from your account, your birthdate, credit card info, and other details that only you would know.
3. You can also go directly to the Reset your password page, and follow the instructions.

When you set up your yahoo account, you would have submitted another email address for reasons like this.

For example, my alternate email address is a gmail account.

No, currently FixYa accepts only Credit Card payment option. Hope this clears your doubt.

Answer :

1. Go to the PayPal homepage and click Problem with login?.
2. Click I don’t know what email address I used.
3. Enter up to 3 email addresses you might have used to sign up for your PayPal account.
4. Enter the code shown in the image.

It sounds like you may have more than one PAYPAL account. You may have opened another PAYPAL account with a different email adderess, or possibly someone else has set up an accoun t with your credit card details. Try logging in to PAYPAL with any other email addresses you have.

I forgot or I don’t have access to my PayPal email address. What can I do? Question : Answer : I have forgotten my email address

If you do not remember the email address registered on your account, PayPal will need to verify your identity by asking you a few questions. For security reasons, all the information you provide must match your PayPal account in order for us to reveal your email address.

To recover your email address, follow these steps:

1. Visit the PayPal website at www.paypal.co.uk
2. Click the ‘email’ link under the ‘Log In’ button
3. Enter the requested information
4. Enter the security code by typing the letters and numbers shown then click ’Continue’
5. Click ‘Submit’

The email address matching the information you provide will appear in the email field on the ‘Account Login’ box. You can then log in to your PayPal account using the corresponding password.

I no longer have access to the email address registered to my PayPal account

Even if you no longer have access to the email address, you must still enter this address to log in to your PayPal account as this is how the PayPal system recognises you. After you log in, you can change the email address then use the new one when you next log in to your account.
If you definitely only have one PAYPAL account, I suggest you go the the PAYPAL Help section and report the problem.

With a username and an e-mail address, you can send a request for a new password to Skype.
To receive the password, make sure your SPAM settings are right.

Also make sure the e-mail address you signed up with, is still in use.

Though if you don’t remember your username and e-mail address anymore, below are listed some suggestion to help you to remember and/or retrieve them.

1) Username / e-mail address: Enter Skype in browser or Explorer address bar. Double click user folder, double click, or open (with Notepad), profile 256 or 4096. Email address and user name should be there.

2) Username: do a Skype search for your own username and fill in as much as possible
details. Sometimes you have to do more search options then one.

3) Username: send one of your contacts of whom you also know an e-mail address, a request
to look for your username in his/her contact list.

4) Password: in case you´re using the Firefox browser and have ticked "save passwords" in
"preferences" ... it´s there.

5) When all this isn’t of any help, there is a final solution: if you have a paid service with
Skype, Skype Staff can retrieve your user name / e-mail address but needs billing details
like part of your Credit card number, PayPal account info you need to send a support request from here http://support.skype.com/?_a=tickets&_m=submit

it can be fixed but you would need to provide your original info and email address but you can't post it here.

this is a weird one. Be very careful in case this is a scam and you get asked for details that yahoo would not ask you for such as your passwords and credit card details. Contact the customer support at yahoo and tell them of this issue, they should be able to resolve this for, but remember no one will ask you for your password or credit card details if they are genuine.
