Thanks for using FixYa. It seems to be the issue with the Thermal Fuse going bad and needs to be replaced. It is mounted to the exhaust duct inside the back cover panel. Whenever this fuse goes bad it'll either trip the circuit breaker or the dryer wont heat. You can also check it for continuity with an ohm meter, no continuity means the fuse is bad and you need to replace it. I have exactly the same problem. Hoover Service Centre told me to tip a bucket of warm water into the drum and leave for 5 minutes before switching it back on. The idea is that the machine may be affected by the cold weather. Needless to say it made no difference and Error 11 remains - I am expecting an engineer on Thursday 23 I'll keep you posted on the outcome.
