Hi there, I have Fisher & Paykel E521T, the fridge functions normally but appears to be stuck in "sabbath" mode i.e. control panel lights and door light are not illuminated. I have waited the 80 hours, tried resetting (long pressing) the contol panel and disconnected the power supply. but with out success, For the record, the fans, heater and door alarms are working, I have replaced the module control and there are no other audible alarms. Any help would be appreciated.

light and back light on the display will not come on. The interior
fan will not turn off when the door is opened.
To activate press and hold MENU + DOWN + LOCK for 4
seconds"

Of course the precise buttons could vary... WHICH is why
putting in TOUR MODEL NUMBER is important for
such questions ...

If this no frost ref. Maybe evaporator motor not working or defrost timer & heater defective

Did you try an other electrical outlet? Can you test the outlet has any voltage?
does the fridge have an on / off switch? I don't think so, so if nothing works also check the cable and the plug going in the outlet.

trn your thermostat right down see if that helps

I would reset the module. Open the fridge door, keep the freezer door closed, then press the mode button (located on the display panel. This will re initiate the electronics

close freezer door, open fridge door and press the mode button
