I installed a new 2 GB memory chip Micro SD. When I turned the camara on it gave the message: Memory card error. What is the problem? Does it need to be formated and if so how do you do this? Thank you. Gilles

You should be able to format the card in the camera.
Use the menu system of the camera to call it up.

Camera saying memory full but card brand new

Not only the size is important, the manual says SD max 2 GB.
But even a 1GB SDHC card won't work, because the camera is not compatible with SDHC and SDXC.
They used to make SD cards up to 4 GB, but most new cards from 1 GB and up are SDHC and above 32 GB the cards are SDXC. Older camera's can't handle these cards, although they look the same.

After i insert my 1 gb sandisk micro sd card into my blackberry 8530, an error message comes up: "cannot access media card due to fatal errors" i have tried to install, repair, and format it...

It sounds like in your situation that you may have a bad card. If you cannot get your card to mount to your phone for storage, I would try to find access to a pc that has an SD card slot that you can try to format it that way. If the card still wont format, your looking at a defective card and will need to purchase a new one.

You can find Micro SD cards here for purchase.

I have a kodak M1033 camara with a SD HC PNY optima 240 HD 16 GB and the camara says internal memory is full and is only 1/2 minute video in the camara please help

Hi!
Sonds like the camera hasn't switched to the memory card. Go to setup and set memory to Auto not Internal. If that doesn't help, it's possible that the camera doesn't support 16GB card, but it should give you a card error then, so check the memory settings first.

My digital camara will not save pictures. Messages appear.

If you are using SD memory card, it can be locked. Take out your memory card, on the left side there's a switch. Turn switch up and try again. Hope this will work.

Where to I put the chip in my computer?

You may have to get a card reader that takes stuff off and puts stuff on the sd card that connects to the computer using a usb port because most computers do not have an area where you can insert the micro sd card.
