THIS HAPPENS DUE TO THE MEMORY CARD. IF YOU HAVE ANY WARRANTY OF THAT MEMORY CARD THE ASK THE STORE TO EXCHANGE OR SIMPLY BUY AN ANOTHER MICRO SD CARD OF 2GB DON'T BUY LESS THAN THAT.
i found something to fix it. or at least it worked for me http://hddguru.com/download/software/HDDGURU-Low-Level-Format-Tool/LLFsetup.2.36.1181.exe Install that, then run the program and CAREFULLY select your card from the formatting list then do a low level format Then format it on windows or phone or whatever
PLEASE BE CAREFULL NOT TO SELECT YOUR HARD DISK IN THE PROGRAM. IT WILL VAPORIZE ALL YOUR DADA
connect the card in memory card reader and got to mycomputer-->right click-->manage-->disk management. see weather you memory size is correct or not if its different right click the memory card and delete the partation then create a new partation
