I have the same problem. Emerson gave me the name of a parts company (Fox International 1-800-321-6993) and they can supply a replacement when it comes off of backorder (anywhere from two to twelve weeks).

Those would be the turntable motor and turntable support.

I have the wheel you're looking for. We are tossing a broken Emerson MW8168B but I'll hold the turntable support for you if you want it. Let me know.

In some cases, two microwave-safe plates can serve as a makeshift replacement for a missing tray. You have to find a saucer that fits securely on your turntable support, though. I've attached a photo.

One last option would be a Nordicware or Rubbermaid or similar wind-up carousel. Wal-Mart had them when I checked a few months ago, and you can probably still find them on Google's Froogle site at http://froogle.google.com by searching for the key words: wind-up turntable.
