Please turn off your playstation and remove any games attached. You can also temporarily remove any controllers. Then insert another game and check if it runs. If so, you can check your ncaa football game for any scratches. If it has none, please insert it again. If still not loading, please reach out to playstation via twitter. Does your video support the games needed recommendations?
Most games have issues with a weak video performance.
On-board video has the most amount of issues and would have to be upgraded to a higher performance video. So if this is a laptop, you might be out of luck using it to play this game.

You have alot of options. 1) Does your pc meet the requirments to run it? 2) The PC may be wondering why are you playing a baby game? (Joke) 3) Make sure your PC isn't damaged
4) Try using windows update to update your computer.

Sounds like you need to purchase a DVD cleaner and use it.

Once you have cleaned the drive try running a game. If that game runs, your DVD player is working properly.

Try using Disney Princess again. If it still does not work, the issue lies with the disk itself.

To be on the safe side you should clean the disk.

To clean a disk properly you need:

1.) Rubbing alcohol (NEVER use Windex or similar cleaners)
2.) 100% pure cotton cloth.
